Introducing Meg.

Close-up of smiling woman with wet, curly brown hair, wearing a black sleeveless top, outdoors with blurred background.

Meg Storer (nee Thorp) grew up roaming the Tasmanian wilderness, and later shared her deep connection to nature by guiding others through some of the world’s most remote landscapes—from the jungles of Borneo to the serenity of Antarctica and everywhere in between. Her gypsy soul has now settled and she lives with her curly boys in the Southern Beaches of Lutruwita. When she’s not working in her sunlit studio, you’ll find her searching for cowrie shells, bodysurfing waves or creating with clay.

Meg is a physiotherapist and body work practitioner with over a decade of experience. Her approach is holistic and individualised, focusing on you as a whole person rather than just your symptoms.

She combines evidence-based physiotherapy with restorative yoga and hands-on bodywork including cupping, dry needling, and hot stone to support healing, recovery, movement, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re working through injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, her goal is to help you move with strength and ease.

Meg works with people seeking:

  • Recovery from injury or chronic pain

  • Improved movement quality and posture

  • Stress reduction and nervous system regulation

  • Pre- and postnatal care and gentle return-to-movement

  • Enhanced athletic or outdoor performance

What to expect:

  • An initial assessment that listens to your goals, history and daily context

  • Personalized treatment plans blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and mindful movement

  • Practical tools you can use at home or on the go — breath practices, mobility routines and self-care techniques

  • A calm, supportive space where progress is paced to your needs
